Remote with travel
Travel:
Northwest of England Region - 3 / 4 days a week AND 1 day week in Yorkshire & Humber
Salary:
£38,850 + £4,000 car allowance plus excellent benefits
Full Driving License Required.

The Opportunity
The Membership and Development Officer is the first point of call for the organisations' members and students. You will be responsible for promoting their engineering qualifications as well as providing support, advice, and training to members.
You will engage educational organisations, HE providers, and FE providers, promoting the organisations business plan through close engagement with stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with:
*Experience of working in a membership/professional body or a customer focused environment
*Support the Membership Manager to achieve the business plan
*Advise FE and HE students
*Oversee the delivery of Approved Training Schemes and mentor students
*Evaluate performance and feedback on training schemes
*Review, advise, and appraise trainees on membership
*Plan, develop, market, and deliver workshop programmes

The following skills are desirable but not essential:_
- A professionally qualified Civil Engineer (or a broad knowledge of Civil Engineering)
- Professional Membership and/or qualification of a relevant professional body
- Knowledge of the built environment
Job Types:

Part-time hours: 36.25 per week
