Locum Childcare Lawyer – up to £55 per hour Outside IR35 – Midlands – 6 months +

Position: Locum Childcare Lawyer

Organisation: Midlands based Local AuthorityAA

Duration: 6 months initial contract with the likelihood of extension thereafter

Working Pattern: Ideally full time however candidates with part time availability possessing relevant experience will also be considered

Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working – Court attendance when required 2-3 per week

Hourly Rate: Up to £55 per hour Outside IR35

Skill level: Qualified Lawyer (Solicitors, Barristers and highly experienced CILEX professionals)

This is a position ideally looking for those who have existing experience of working within Local Government who is able to handle a busy caseload of Childcare matters alongside conducting their own advocacy with professional experience gained within Local Government.
