Description

We are looking for:

  • Person who has experience of working in admin and who can be the point of contact for lottery suppliers such as the StarVale lottery platform, lottery charity & hospice partners, sales agencies & canvassers and sales software providers.
  • Appointed person will support the lottery business manager with the relationship management of lottery partners and sales agencies & canvassers.
  • Someone who can conduct research as instructed by the lottery business manager.
  • Individual that is happy to liaise with, support & deal with any request from the finance team and marketing team.
  • To liaise with the finance team and marketing team and supply with regular data as provided by the lottery platform.
  • To send weekly invoices (to lottery partners and sales agencies) and provide statements to the lottery platform contacts.
  • To liaise with the StarVale support staff and handle any requests to support lottery supporters.
  • To upload weekly lottery data and any reports for all lottery partners following the weekly draw.
  • To create, send and log weekly invoices to sales agencies and the St Helena finance team.
  • To create and send weekly invoices to lottery partners from data provided by StarVale platform.
  • To liaise with the lottery business manager and lottery team to ensure welcome calls are allocated to team members for completion.
  • To conduct weekly 'thank you' calls to new lottery supporters.
  • To liaise with the sales agencies around weekly recruitment rotas and send these to all lottery partners.
  • To report weekly sales figures to the Lottery business manager.
  • To assist with all the preparation of new canvassers joining sales agencies.

£25,000.00 per year
