The Role
Due to rapid growth of the business, Home is estate agents is looking for an experienced sales negotiator to join Wirral's freshest, fastest growing and most innovative Estate Agents.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a very busy office selling property across the entire Wirral from our stylish regional hub, which offers excellent earning potential in Residential sales, mortgage services, conveyancing and surveys in a fast paced environment.
Duties
- Treating every vendors home as if it were your own
- Generating Market Appraisals and building excellent rapport with potential sellers
- Keeping in touch with buyers and sellers whilst nurturing them in their moving journeys
- Maximising opportunities in Mortgage Services, Conveyancing and Surveys

Experience
2 years plus Estate Agency experience
Salary
£30,000 realistic OTE in first year
Salary:
£20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- West Kirby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
