Home Estate Agents is a dynamic forward thinking estate agency covering the entire Wirral Peninsula from their stylish premises in West Kirby.

We have raised the standards of property marketing in our region with innovative strategies and implementing an unrivalled quality of property presentation across social media, our company website and major national property portals.

While this is currently a part time position (2-3 days per week), our expectation is for this role to progress into a potential full time opportunity in line with our ongoing company growth.

Role:

Create engaging content across all platforms (Videography and Photography)

Create video and photographic content for presentations and websites, general promotion. Pitching these to senior management.

Act as a timekeeper with excellent communication skills, being able to keep the Company Directors up to date with where you are in projects.

Understand specific trends on each platform and be able to adjust accordingly when needed.

Have the ability to work closely with the Company Directors and team to promote our brands and create growth across all platforms.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills engaging with our and clients and team.

Possess a knowledge and understanding of the running, testing and improvement of Ads on Social Media platforms.

Keep up to date on emerging trends and best practices in the social media and digital marketing landscape.

Be adaptable to change, different workloads and being able to manage different projects at the same time.

Be comfortable with taking initiative and testing new strategies.

Be capable and happy to travel to create content for our brands.

Ideally You Will:

Be able to use DSLR equipment for video and photography.

Have experience in the use of drone video and photography.

Have strong photographic and video editing skills.

Have strong use of Adobe lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

Have audio editing skills for VO and music.
