Our client is a successful and growing Financial Services company, committed to providing exceptional service to their valued investors and financial advisers.
Responsibilities of a Customer Administrator:
- Assist the Team Leader in daytoday administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the Customer Services team.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records and update our back office systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Contribute to the preparation and distribution of regular communications, including reports and updates, to keep our stakeholders informed.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building positive relationships with investors and financial advisers and addressing their needs effectively.
- Work closely with the Team Leader and fellow team members to resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Support the overall goals and objectives of the Customer Services team, actively participating in its success and continuous improvement.
The successful Customer Administrator will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) to assist with data management and correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently, even in a fastpaced environment.
- Wellorganised with excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of the team and the company.
- While specific financial services experience is not required, any relevant experience or knowledge would be advantageous.
Salary:
£19,500.00-£21,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Haydock, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
