Our client is a successful and growing Financial Services company, committed to providing exceptional service to their valued investors and financial advisers.

They are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside their experienced Team Leader and contribute to our continued success.


Responsibilities of a Customer Administrator:


  • Assist the Team Leader in daytoday administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the Customer Services team.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records and update our back office systems with precision and attention to detail.
  • Contribute to the preparation and distribution of regular communications, including reports and updates, to keep our stakeholders informed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building positive relationships with investors and financial advisers and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader and fellow team members to resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support the overall goals and objectives of the Customer Services team, actively participating in its success and continuous improvement.

The successful Customer Administrator will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) to assist with data management and correspondence.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently, even in a fastpaced environment.
  • Wellorganised with excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of the team and the company.
  • While specific financial services experience is not required, any relevant experience or knowledge would be advantageous.

Salary:
£19,500.00-£21,500.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Haydock, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
