    Logistics Customer Service ManagerSalary:
    £40,000 - £60,000Location: Commutable from Hull, Grimsby, Immingham, Scunthorpe, and GooleGrafton Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful business in the Hull area who are looking for Logistics Customer Service Manager to join their established logistics team. As a Logistics Customer Service Manager you will work with internal and external stakeholders to create, develop, enhance and improve the company's customer experience.

    You will work across internal teams and will be responsible for the management and maintenance of a seamless link between internal business processes.

    Ensure a world-class customer experience.
    Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures in conjunction with senior team members.

    Claims Management:
    Insurance, Shipping Lines, Quality, Commercial Claims, Export Documents

    Be alert to risks in the business process chain that could have a detrimental effect on the customer experience, and take proactive steps to mitigate these risks.

    Co-ordinate weekly customer update reports using data generated across teams.
    Conduct training sessions.
    Proven experience in a customer service management role with a strong understanding about business processes.
    Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to improve customer service processes.
    Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

    Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent college degree & 3 years of proven experience in a customer service role would be advantageous.
