Billings Analyst/ Assistant Accountant 12 month contract role based in West London, a dynamic position working between billings/ assistant accounting and revenue recognition.

Description
The key responsibilities for this Billings Analyst 12 month contract based in West London are:
_Billing_
- To ensure global invoices are raised in accordance with the agreed Statement of Works and Purchase Order in an accurate and timely manner.
- To reconcile Statement of Works to Purchase Orders from clients.
- To obtain approval from Project Managers before sending out invoices to clients.
- Ensure that all projects that have commenced have been invoiced.
- On completion of projects, to obtain all travel expenses from projects that are rechargeable back to clients
- To send global invoices to clients in accordance with our client's procedures.
- To ensure that all transactions are posted accurately and in a timely manner.
- To maintain sales ledger records and global trackers.
_Revenue recognition and review_
- Ensures that revenue is recognised in accordance with corporate policy and IFRS standards.
- Work with internal customers to resolve related revenue enquiries and liaising with Project Leaders to maintain an ongoing reconciliation of active global projects.
- Assist in the processing of revenue impacting adjustments.
- Input global projects onto "RADAR" (Sales Force CRM system)
- Assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedures. You may participate in special projects.
- To review aged accrual report to follow up with Project Managers if Purchase Orders or Statement of Works have not been received.
- Ensure accurate recording and posting of client rebates
- Report on the month end aged accrual revenue balance
