Due to increased growth, we have a great opportunity to join an experienced team of conference planners, event experts and venue specialists who are passionate about the event industry in a fully remote role

A very well established and well-respected agency, our client specialises in venue sourcing and logistics management.

Over the past 30 years they have developed relationships with thousands of large hotel groups, independent hotels and even some of the most unique and unusual venues all over the world.

This agency is consistently recognised by some of the most prestigiousawarding bodies across the event industry having won a variation of awards within the past 5 years

Their very consultative approach, coupled with in depth knowledge and experience within this specialist area, sets them apart from the competition.

THE ROLE

As Conference Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of venue finders and also be hands on with some delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing all client venue finds from brief to completion
Sourcing suppliers both UK and internationally
Ensuring outstanding operational excellence
Overseeing the day to day operational running of the team
Achieving margin percentage set for the department
Managing daily, weekly or monthly reports
Being a key team member in the monthly forecasting
Using systems to ensure everything is kept up to date
