Service Management Administrator - London, United Kingdom - GSS UK Services Limited
Description
The Service Management Administrator supports the delivery of the key Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change within the Client Operations team.
They will also be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive the best onboarding experience and first-class operational support.Key responsibilities
- Track performance (KPIs and SLAs) and produce monthly reports for both internal and external audiences
- Keep all process and other documentation up to date ensuring regular reviews take place.
- Create new procedures when and where appropriate working with the product and technical teams
- Maintaining the department's intranet pages and SharePoint document library.
- Completing Governance activities, for example auditing tickets to ensure processes are being followed.
- Responsible for setting CAB agenda and minuting outcomes. Sending communications around changes to the GSS community and 3rd parties
- Organising the monthly Continuous Improvement forum, setting the topics for discussion and then communicating actions and tracking them.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, organising training sessions, ensuring they receive all documentation and training
About you
What you'll need
- Previously worked in a department that follows ITIL best practice
- Excellent organisational and time management
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- An eye for detail able to produce documents to a high standard
- Good MS office skills
- Can demonstrate previous experience working in a culture of improvement
