Key Responsibilities
- Reactive Maintenance Leadership: Lead a team of skilled technicians in responding promptly to unforeseen issues on rail and civil infrastructure. Your ability to make quick decisions and coordinate resources will be crucial in minimizing downtime.
- Safety First: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Your commitment to maintaining a safe working environment will be paramount in our operations.
- Site Management: Oversee daytoday site activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors. Your organizational skills will be vital in managing multiple reactive maintenance projects concurrently.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problemsolving, identifying and implementing effective solutions to address reactive maintenance challenges efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in rail and civil engineering is preferred.
- SMSTS Certified
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
