Are you a seasoned professional in rail and civils maintenance, equipped with the skills to handle reactive situations efficiently? Look no further We're actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Agent to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of rail and civil infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reactive Maintenance Leadership: Lead a team of skilled technicians in responding promptly to unforeseen issues on rail and civil infrastructure. Your ability to make quick decisions and coordinate resources will be crucial in minimizing downtime.
  • Safety First: Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards. Your commitment to maintaining a safe working environment will be paramount in our operations.
  • Site Management: Oversee daytoday site activities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors. Your organizational skills will be vital in managing multiple reactive maintenance projects concurrently.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrate a proactive approach to problemsolving, identifying and implementing effective solutions to address reactive maintenance challenges efficiently.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in rail and civil engineering is preferred.
  • SMSTS Certified
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
