At SHIFT we are recruiting for an Account Executive to join our Account Management team; to help build and develop our client relationships and collaborate with our teams to create award winning work.

Great communication, organisation skills, and exceptional project management are key skills required for this role.

As an Account Executive, you will work alongside the Account Management team on a wide range of client briefs.

You'll develop good relationships across all departments (creative, PR, Paid Media, Social & SEO) - working closely with Account Managers and Account Directors.

You'll be client facing, curious, and embrace collaboration with multiple partners and stakeholders both internally and externally - to produce stand out campaigns for our array of cycling, triathlon and outdoors clients.

We're looking for an Account Executive who is positive and unflappable, able to handle the fast pace - often with quick turnaround and someone who's not afraid to ask questions If you are looking for a varied role and are a true bike lover, this role is the perfect fit for you.

The Role:

Support Account Managers and Account Directors in establishing and maintaining relationships
Acquire a thorough understanding of our Client's businesses to help develop fantastic great briefs and work
Helping the Account Management team with administration and organisation of projects and client work
Developing great relationships with clients and communicating with them about the status of their projects and marketing objectives

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Good understanding of the fundamentals of marketing (either through studies or through previous experience)
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Passion and enthusiam for our clients brands and for the work we do at SHIFT Active Media
