About this job:


We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join the Safeguarding, Quality and Reviews Team as a Child Protection Business Support Officer to cover 1 year maternity leave.

You will be responsible for undertaking complex minutes for Child Protection Conferences at a maximum of 5 times a week, this will include effective diary management and you should have good I.T.

literacy of using MS Teams, MS Outlook and MS Excel.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure child protection plans and minutes are processed to statutory deadlines in accordance with the appropriate legislation.


About you:

You should be able to prioritise and manage your workload, working to stringent deadlines.

You will have effective communication skills in providing a customer focused service to members of the public in a professional manner as well as providing advice and assistance to colleagues.

You will have experience of using a range of IT packages including Microsoft Office, the use of databases and accuracy of data inputting is essential.
