What is expected of you?

  • Manage the daytoday Customer Order Processing across both B2B & B2C platforms
  • Responsible for the management and development of all 3PL relationships including 2 UK 3PL warehouses and a range of different couriers
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to always ensure stock availability
  • Liaise with retail supply contacts externally to gather order information ahead of time which can then be shared internally to enable OTIF metrics to be always hit.
  • Report internally to key stakeholders on all open and delivered orders on a weekly basis
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to improve customer / distributor relationships & performance.
  • Manage and support all customer needs including troubleshooting any supply chain issues that occur.

As an expanding SME going through fast growth, it is essential that the new Logistics Coordinator is a hugely proactive individual who will lead from the front and provide the following experience -

  • Proven experience within both B2B and B2C logistics within an FMCG business
  • Solid experience of managing and developing 3PL relationships for both warehousing and couriers
  • A track record of hitting and improving OTIF targets
  • Experience of Customer Order Processing within the FMCG industry
  • Stock and Inventory Management experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Hugely proactive individual who is not afraid to lead from the front when tackling supply chain issues.
  • Experience of working within the food & beverage industry would be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience
