The Role:
This is an exciting and lucrative opportunity for an up-and-coming events salesperson to take the next step within their B2B sales career, working closely with global law firms and large corporate businesses.
As a Business DevelopmentManager, you will be responsible for:-
Selling sponsorship and delegate/group passes for a B2B legal events portfolio:
Targeting Lawyers, both in-house, private practice and government councils:
Focus on closing new business deals within an existing account base
The incoming Business Development Manager will be focussed on generating new revenue within a portfolio of existing client relationships through a combination of prospecting, cross-selling and renewals.
A key aspect of this position is to develop long-term,strategic relationships with clients to understand any future marketing objectives to tailor suitable sponsorship or branding solutions.

Requirements:
For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience within the events industry '" selling sponsorships, exhibitions space or delegate passes ideally
- Career experience or an interest in the legal sector is desirable
- A proactive, switchedon, and hungry individual who is confident running client presentations and attending facetoface meetings.
