Loading Team Leader Opportunity
Part of our Transport Management team, reporting in to the Loading Supervisor

£24,523.20 salary, Monday-Friday, afternoon shifts (40 hours per week)

Redhouse Depot, Doncaster

We are fully managed and regulatory compliant, sourcing imported medicines for specific patient needs. The company is experiencing growth at the moment, providing a much needed healthcare service.


Role Overview:


We currently have a vacancy for a Loading Team Leader in our flagship Redhouse depot, to work alongside the Mawdsleys Logistics operation.

Working in tandem with the Transport Management, Central Planning and cross-functionally across the Mawdsleys business (both MPW and Mawdsleys Logistics) to ensure the safe, legal and efficient distribution of all project, maintaining an ever-present focus on MHRA compliance.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring that the business agreed processes are followed and standards adhered to;
  • Championing Health & Safety in all aspects of the operations, ensuring that the companies zeroaccident culture is promoted and worked to;
  • Align with all MHRA regulations/company SOP's to safeguard product integrity and cool chain stipulations;
  • Manage Warehouse colleagues to deliver operational and customer service excellence;
  • You will support the Logistics commercial team in their drive to grow the business and provide a service to customers that meet the targets of the business in regards to order fill, delivery on time and professional customer service
  • Be an integral part of the development of your team ensuring exceptional training and providing ongoing opportunities for professional development;
  • Be involved and lead any projects that are required to support our overarching business strategy
  • Ensure that warehouse colleagues are briefed on a daily basis and any actions or issues are dealt with in a timely manner and the information is relayed back to the individual
  • Work alongside our internal HR team to ensure that holidays, absence and company policies are adhered to on a daily basis
