Role will be going into the office once every two weeks


We're recruiting for the vital role of Global Influencer Manager to oversee the owned and earned strategy for a premium beauty brand.

This role will report to the Global Head of Social, Content & Influencers and will build the awareness of the brand throughaccelerating our influencer strategy across key markets UK, North America and International.


Some Responsibilities:


  • Develop innovative, effective influencer strategies to build online and offline engagement and awareness globally with the Head of Social & Influencers
  • Responsible for executing the multilayered Global & UK Influencer strategy
  • Grow our network of influencers (across all tiers and relevant niches) to build authentic brand advocacy, relevance and credibility
  • Ensure all plans and activity ladder up to brand objectives: increasing brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion
  • Ensure local teams influencer plans are aligned to Global Marketing plans and adapted for local market trends
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the Influencer and Brand team both internally and externally, maintaining and developing strong relationships daily
  • Oversee the ongoing communications with influencers, from our tools to our DM's can articulate our story of clean living, sustainability and inclusion
  • Ownership of Global Influencer seeding operation, bringing creativity to mailer box design and organisation to curating target lists
  • Affiliates: optimizing activity and increasing sales from influencers for DTC
  • Tools: utilize inhouse tools to streamline workload and to track/manage a database of influencers
  • Managing the influencer budget effectively
  • Social media support: curating top influencer content for social

Required Skills:


  • 23 years' experience within influencer marketing, with proven ability to build, execute, and scale influencer campaigns that have significant impact
  • Existing relationships within the influencer and creator space
  • Proven experience in driving sales through influencers
  • Experience in endtoend event production
  • Loves to build and maintain relationships with influencers
  • Analytics: ability to create learnings from data to improve performance
  • We're looking for someone with an innate willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
  • Passion for skincare, beauty and sustainability is desirable
