About the role
FiSearch is working with a Private Equity backed, fast growth, business looking to bring in a Finance Transformation Manager to the team on an interim basis.
This role will be a project role focused on the implementation of a new core global process fora critical aspect of their business model, as part of a wider transformation programme.
The Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for:
- Process mapping, redesign and implementation.
- Change management
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders, globally.
Requirements:
- End to End finance function transformation experience
- Change management
- Business partnering experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to influence across different cultures.
