An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading firms of chartered financial planners and independent financial advisers as an IFA Administrator.
With 25 years of experience and dozens of awards this firm prides themselves on truly caring about their clients.
Offering a salary of up to £30,000 dependant on experience, they are looking for a like-minded individual to join their friendly, client focused team.
The Role:
- Supporting advisers with administration duties
- Processing new business, effectively and accurately recording information and client communications on to the backoffice system
- Liaising with clients, providers and the team to ensure outstanding service
- Systems used are Xplan and Microsoft
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an IFA Administrator role
- Experienced user of Xplan and Office products would be beneficial
