Administrator - Contract Role - 5 Months

  • To start on the 20th March on a 5 month FTC

The purpose of your role is to:

  • The purpose of the position is to deliver first rate customer service to all potential and existing customers and to ensure that all elements of the service are delivered to a high quality and on time.
  • To work within the Transport team ensuring a robust process is in place for all tasks and ensure these are completed within the SLA and KPI.
  • To communicate with all suppliers, managers and internal departments in an effective and efficient manner to ensure the products and services requested by our customers are delivered at the highest standard.
  • To work as part of a team to deliver a good service.

In this role you are accountable for:

  • Making flight bookings, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring bookings are processed accurately.
  • Ensure customer and group cancellations are fully communicated to relevant suppliers
  • Ensuring that relevant systems are up to date with accurate flight details and information

Your key responsibilities are to:


  • Ensuring all flights, both adhoc and groups are booked and loaded in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhoc flight requests are completed to meet our SLA.
  • Processing all customer information, compliant with GDPR.
  • Wider support for the transport team
  • Monitoring ticket deadlines and customer etickets

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • GDS experience preferred but not essential.
  • Able to analyse data, problem solve and make decisions confidently.
