The Opportunity:

The on Campus programme is run by the Careers Service in collaboration with University departments and Schools.

It offers exclusive summer internships at the University over the summer for 2nd year to penultimate year undergraduate students from the University of Edinburgh based in the UK.

You cannot take part if you are a visiting student, or you have already taken part in the programme before.

Expected commencement date:
Monday 3 June week internship).

This post is part-time (21 hours per week), for 10 weeks.

Our team work a hybrid pattern that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working in an office on Holyrood campus and whilst we are flexible to discuss your working patterns, we would expect some portion of your time to be spent in the office as well.


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Some previous experience working with video, and writing for the web
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, especially when processing large volumes of data
  • Proactive and resourceful, with an enthusiastic and driven approach
  • Ability to take direction and work effectively with colleagues
