As a Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of companies, deliverables include:

Preparation of monthly or quarterly management accounts, preparation of annual statutory financial statements and preparation of group consolidated statutory accounts.
Maintaining the books and records of the companies in their portfolio.
Calculating effective interest rates of financial instruments.
Preparation of tax declarations to UK tax authorities (VAT, P11D assistance, CIS, Intrastat, EC Sales List).
Responsible for the setup of newly onboarded companies in allocated portfolio.
Attend clients' meetings and demonstrate professional rapport with all clients.

Requirements for the Manager role:

Part Qualified (or close to PQ) ACCA or CIMA
Must have experience working with Auditors
Financial services background is advantageous
Solid knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP (FRS102) accounting standards, including IAS39 Financial Instruments Disclosure
Understanding of VAT and experience in preparing and submitting VAT returns
