Aquilo recruitment are recruiting for a market leading business in the heating industry for a telesales executive to join their growing team on a permanent basis with hybrid working and opportunities to progress.
Key accountabilities include:
- Making outbound calls to loyalty scheme members
- Capturing and maintaining loyalty scheme member records and data using the CRM system (Salesforce), with a particular focus on GDPR compliance
- Converting cold/warm leads into sales
- Completing activities to retain loyalty scheme members and support them in increasing their registration volumes
- Delivering our lead activity, putting homeowners in contact with loyalty scheme members in their area. An activity which requires use of Salesforce.
- Delivering an excellent level of customer service
- Providing expert knowledge on our campaigns, products and services
- Dealing with any problems / issues in a polite and professional manner
Essential requirements include:
- Well practised customer service skills
- Use of Excel and being able to read and input data in excel format
- Well proven communication skills in order to build rapport
- A flexible, positive, reliable, enthusiastic attitude with a 'can do approach'
- Time management able to work consistently to timescales
- Able to interpret and enter data accurately with a high level of attention to detail
- Experienced team player
- Able to work on own initiative
- 8:30 5pm Mon Thurs
- 8: pm Friday
- Hybrid days are the same 3 days in office 2 at home
