- Advising clients on major technology infrastructure and outsourcing projects.
- Qualified lawyer with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and technology transactions.
- Experience in complex technology and outsourcing deals, ideally with an international component.
- Strong academic credentials and a stable career record.
