Newstaff Employment Services working in Partnership with a global organisation of manufacturing plastic caps and closures for the packaging industry The business employees over 200 people in a multiple shift operation supplying major blue-chip customers from well-equipped factories using high speed automated production techniquesYou will be working in a fast paced, continuously, and challenging environment where a high level of delivery and details focus is required We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with FLT CounterbalanceDuties:Removing finished goods from the corral and booking in correctly into the warehouse Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles Maintenance of Stock Control through the barcode system, row counts, stock takes etcMaintaining the supply of packing materials to the factory Helping to support the factory through the routine topping up of silos and day bins with raw materials General housekeeping of the warehouse Ensure all stock is correctly labelled and no damage is created during moving/loading Liaise with delivery drivers Must:Be physically fitAble to read/write English and be numerically soundTurn up to work, want to workHave knowledge of barcode systems Have FLT Counterbalance licence Benefits:Free on-site parkingWeekly pay Online pay slips Holiday accrued each hour you workShifts:Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pmWill be required to work one Saturday a month£12.
