About Our Client:

The company is based in London they provide their customers with a range of goods.

The Payroll Officer will be based in their office in London.

The Payroll Officer position based in London will involve the following duties:

  • Maintain employee data in the SAP HR database.
  • Deal with internal and external payroll enquires.
  • Processing employee Holiday pay, SSP and SMP.
  • Ensure accurate payroll calculations according to company and statutory legislation.
  • Processing and paying employee expenses.
  • Deal with Starters, Leavers and Changes.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Great knowledge and experience of payroll systems is essential.
  • Be a detail orientated person that can spot any payroll errors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • SAP HR experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent experience within Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
  • Awareness UK Payroll Legislation is advantageous.
