Position:


You will partner with our schools and academy trusts to deliver high quality project work specific to your background and expertise in HR.

You will be an effective consultant who is able to quickly establish trusted relationships whilst demonstrating significant knowledge and experience within a complex and changing environment.


Requirements:

Expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Undertaking Investigations
  • Complaint management
  • Change management
  • Mediation
  • Executive coaching
  • Learning and Development
  • Harmonisation
  • Policy development
  • Employee relations casework


Ideally, you will have a background in Education or be able to demonstrate transferable skills having strong experience in a comparable sector i.e.

NHS, Police etc.
