Position:

The Role:

Leading the talent agenda across the business, you will provide a variety of resourcing solutions to meet resourcing challenges and build a pipeline of talent.

You will have a hands-on business partnering approach and work collaboratively with hiring managers to deliver effective resourcing solutions maintaining best practice.

There is the opportunity to get involved in broader HR projects and expand your knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with Hiring Managers to build effective sourcing strategies, interviewing processes and assessments
Leverage existing recruiting channels and explore new sourcing opportunities, network
Proactively support and promote Recruiting events and Employer Branding initiatives
A Diversity & Inclusion mindset applied throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle
Attraction strategy design and execution
Working with job boards, agencies and direct sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn
