Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor, - 9 PQE

Location:
Remote

Salary:
£55,000 - £75,000

A leading international Legal 500 law firm is currently looking for a talented and ambitious Solicitor to join their busy Clinical Risk team.

This firm has a long-standing reputation for exceptional legal services and outstanding commitment to client care.
With numerous offices nationally and across multiple continents, this firm continues to grow and expand.

The Opportunity

Work with an internationally renowned Clinial Negligence team
Remote working available, with monthly team meetings inoffice
Provide support and training to more junior team members
Work on a broad range of Clinical Negligence cases, with the opportunity to specialise if desired
Highly tailored case management system
Two bonus schemes
Achievable billing targets
Slot into a friendly team producing high quality work for clients large clients

You will have:

years' PQE

Experience working on a panel (NHS/MDU)
Strong experience in clinical litigation, acting for the defendant, claims £500k+
Strong technical skills
Excellent client care skills, personable manner
Commercial approach to work
Willingness to mentor junior team members
