At Attraction Tickets Ltd we Add Happiness to peoples' holidays. Join us as our Social Media and Content Assistant and play a vital role in achieving our vision.


In this role you will be working alongside our Content and Social Media Manager as you help plan and implement a creative strategy that consistently portrays our brand image and tone of voice whilst also meeting our key commercial objectives and increasing conversions.


In addition to communicating with our partners such as Disney, Universal and Merlin, for assets and content approval you will be working as part of a dynamic and brilliant marketing team, videographers and design experts to create well-rounded marketing campaigns for all of our products.

What will you do?


Social Media

  • Assisting with the daytoday management of our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Increasing user engagement on our social channels by creating fun, informative, and relevant content tailored to the requirements of each platform
  • Scheduling content at optimal times for the best results
  • Monitoring our social accounts to interact with customers, find usergenerated content, and help moderate comments
  • Keeping up with the latest social media trends to identify reactive opportunities that relate to our brand and audience
  • Helping to plan and manage competitions and giveaways
  • Monitoring and reporting on post performance and channel growth to inform future posts and campaigns

Content

  • Assisting with longform content writing when required, including blogs, shortlists, quizzes, guides and itineraries
  • Updating existing blogs to reflect product and seasonal changes
  • Uploading content to the website via our CMS
  • Helping to create our fortnightly internal newsletter

About You - The successful applicant will need to have:

  • A basic insight into Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest, and how content may differ across each platform
  • The ability to write in a clear, concise and engaging way for our target audience
  • An excellent grasp of English grammar, punctuation and spelling
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, for proofreading and copy editing
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • An interest in travel

Desirable but not essientioal skills are:

  • Knowledge of the Orlando theme parks
  • Knowledge of the basics of SEO
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing and campaigns
