We are hiring a CNC Setter/Operator for turning and milling machines in Leicester. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment both automotive and aerospace. Join a friendly core team that handles a high volume of customer orders. Be an important partof this team helping to provide the best quality results.

Duties of a CNC Setter/Operator:
You will be working as part of the team and will be responsible for:

Reading the drawings
Performing production
Carry out a quality inspection on your own work
Maintaining the CNC Machine, as well as tools
Keeping the workstation tidy

Skills and experience of a CNC Setter/Operator:

Knowledge of Fanuc controls systems
Using measurement tools such as Verniers, Calipers, Gauges
Ability to follow Drawing instructions accurately
Experience in maintenance engineering CNC machines
Experience in auto and manual engineering machines
Ability to work to tight deadlines to meet customers' order

It would be beneficial to the CNC Setter/Operator role if you also had:

Key eye for detail
Access to reliable transport
Hunger to learn
