    Description

    Contract:
    Permanent, full-time

    The team delivers inclusive activities and events that meet local need and contribute towards positive health and wellbeing. We are looking to recruit a duty officer to run the arboretum visitor centre Monday to Friday.
    As a key member of our team, you will supervise facilities, bookings, services, and customer interactions during assigned hours


    Facility Management:
    Handle facility hire inquiries, bookings, and coordination.
    Set up facilities for events, workshops, and gatherings.


    Building Operations:
    Supervise building maintenance during assigned hours.
    Basic knowledge of Microsoft office, cash handling and invoicing processes.
    English and Maths at GCSE grade 4 or above (or equivalent qualification)

    Working Hours:

    This position is 37 hours per week and is intended to cover the centre during core office hours, although some occasional evening and weekend working may be required depending upon the needs of the service.
