- Manage booking and scheduling of maintenance tasks
- Escort non-permanent service providers on-site
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform first-line diagnostics and interface with service providers via phone or email
- Liaise with operations managers and facility management to resolve issues
- Support G.S.E preparation and conduct pre-use checks
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as belt replacement, bearing replacement, and lubrication
- Conduct monthly EHS audit follow-ups
- Generate reports for equipment defects and support re certification action plans
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal development and skill enhancement
- Organise and prioritise workload efficiently
- Utilise company systems and software effectively
- Propose process improvements to enhance business efficiency
- Collaborate with team members as needed
- Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Relevant qualification and experience in maintenance engineering
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to organise maintenance tasks efficiently
- Reasonable level of fitness for physical demands of the role

- Experience in customer and supplier interactions
