We have launched successfully on marketplaces and are now looking to take the next step in the ecommerce journey by taking ownership of the customer journey.


Working as part of a global B2B business, this a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new B2C division of the business, utilising the resources that a large parent company brings.


Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce, you'll be responsible for the development and implementation of the social media strategy for our B2C brand via social media and content marketing.


Duties and Responsibilities:
-


  • Own and develop the social media strategy for our B2C brand on a daytoday basis
  • Manage the social media content strategy, ensuring we are ready for key seasonal moments such as Halloween, Prime Day and Christmas.
  • The role will put you in charge of the execution and ongoing optimization of campaign and channel activity on social media.
  • Work alongside creative and purchasing teams to produce content for social media
  • Develop innovative ideas and campaigns to push the brand ahead of competition
  • Work closely with key stakeholders from creative and purchasing to support product and campaign launches as well as any promotional activity supplying support plans/schedules for social activity
  • Be a brand guardian for the creative aesthetic of all social channels
  • Hands on role, chance to really build and nurture our social media channels to build a thriving and engaged community of followers and customers
  • Understanding and familiarity with all main social channels:
  • Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest
  • Great eye for what's trending right now, and what's going to be hot next month
  • Ensuring shopify site is kept updated and on trend with latest product

Experience:
-


  • Minimum 1+ years' experience working in a social media role
  • Proficient knowledge of social media platforms and how best to use them
  • Ideally a working knowledge of use of photoshop and basic video editing software
  • Ideally knowledge of working with the Shopify Platform
  • Experience helping to grow a brand across social media platforms
