    As a linchpin of our team, you will use your unrivalled knowledge and aptitude to create extraordinary value for our client and ensure the seamless operation of their building services and infrastructure across their portfolio of sites in Central London.

    In the heart of the city, you will be based at the clients brand new London Campus - Rose Court.

    Working within a wider Integrated FM team, you will be subject matter expert to both the Client and the account team.

    Supporting the contractual delivery of services, ad hoc requirements, reactive maintenance and technical projects, this role provides fantastic opportunities.

    A people manager, you will have managed both sub-contractors and internal employees, ensuring high levels of delivery within set KPI's and manage, monitor, and control costs ensuring achievements of financial targets.

    You will be in charge of upholding exceptional QHSE culture and ensuring safe systems of work to protect our people, clients and assets, leading and inspiring a team of engineers to foster collaboration, growth, and exceptional service delivery.

    Developing robust asset management and compliance strategies, using technology and data-driven insights for optimal results will be one of your priorities, so as managing operational risk and enhancing the efficiency of services.

    You will be in charge of designing and specifying building services in compliance with guidelines, standards, and regulations but also estimating projects, maintaining industry knowledge, and participating in presentations to clients and peers.

    You will ensure quality of delivery and adherence to health and safety best practices.

    Qualified to Degree/HND level in engineering or building related subject and ideally holding a membership of relevant professional body.

    You can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems and the management of safe systems of work associated with the role and work environment.

    Your expertise in asset management, compliance, and operational risk management will be required as well as solid knowledge and experience in subcontractor management and proficiency in all MS Office tools.

    With excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary, high-performing team, a flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude, with a strong work ethic, quality and process-driven approach, effective change management abilities, and a deep understanding of building engineering systems, you are personable and capable of motivating and leading people and teams.
