Description

SF Recruitment is looking for an Office Administrator to join a fantastic key client of ours based in Derby town centre.

This is a full time, permanent role paying £22,995 starting salary with the view to increase to £24,405 after a 6-month probation period.


This role would be ideal for either a strong administrator or someone with at least 12 months administration experience, who may be looking to start a career in HR.

This role will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, and you will be responsible for delivering a high quality and consistent HR and recruitment administration service for the whole department.


You don't need HR experience to be considered however all applicants must have strong administration skills and must have experience working in an administrative capacity.


Main duties will include

Taking incoming calls and providing excellent customer service:

Assisting callers internally and externally, troubleshooting any difficulties service users experience where possible and escalating as necessary

Recording calls to ensure actions are followed up in a timely manner

Administering the recruitment process which includes placing vacancies onto their and approved job boards:

Producing offer letters of employment through:

-
Creating new positions within the structure for temporary roles as required (eg secondments, maternity covers etc):

Receive incoming enquiries and provide an immediate response where the request is within your skillset:

Support with maintaining accurate reporting lines for all posts and positions:

Providing support and guidance to operational users in respect of pre-employment checks (Right to work, DBS checks and referencing):

Support with any other HR/Recruitment Administration tasks as may be required and appropriate to the level of this role

General administrative duties such as collecting data, scanning filing and photocopying
