Description
A luxury brand is seeking a customer care advisor to join their busy customer care team. This is a full-time Monday-Friday role, providing online/telephone support to VIP clients.This is a role which will suit individuals with experience of luxury retailor high-level hospitality, with experience delivering ongoing customer support and overseeing a lengthy customer journey.
Duties:
- Managing inbound live chat requests
- Upsell & Crosssell to customers
- Using initiative to go 'above and beyond' customer's expectations
- Performing follow up and administrative tasks
Person spec:
- Experience delivering excellent levels of customer care in a luxury environment
- Experience using CRM systems
