Description
A luxury brand is seeking a customer care advisor to join their busy customer care team. This is a full-time Monday-Friday role, providing online/telephone support to VIP clients.

This is a role which will suit individuals with experience of luxury retailor high-level hospitality, with experience delivering ongoing customer support and overseeing a lengthy customer journey.


Duties:


  • Managing inbound live chat requests
  • Upsell & Crosssell to customers
  • Using initiative to go 'above and beyond' customer's expectations
  • Performing follow up and administrative tasks

Person spec:

  • Experience delivering excellent levels of customer care in a luxury environment
  • Experience using CRM systems
