    A Housekeeping Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas to ensure a superior Guest and Member experience, handling guest requests, and restocking guest amenities.

    This is a part-time role for 30 hours a week on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday


    What will I be doing?

    As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness of public areas to provide an exceptional Guest and Member experience. You will also be tasked with replenishing guest amenities and assisting with guest requests. Your duties will involve:

    • Ensuring cleanliness of public areas
    • Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms
    • Vacuuming rooms and corridors
    • Changing and restocking bed linens, towels, and guest amenities following company guidelines
    • Performing regular deep cleaning tasks
    • Refilling and organizing trolleys daily
    • Acting in an environmentally conscious manner
    • Proper waste disposal
    • Following lost property procedures
    • Handling guest requests promptly and efficiently
    • Maintaining master keys securely
    • Inspecting public areas and restrooms, taking necessary corrective actions
    • Adhering to hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety laws
    • Supporting other departments as needed and fostering positive working relationships
