This position is pivotal in achieving the efficient delivery of all administrative aspects associated with Football Facilities and Infrastructure development,working closely with all members of the Club Services Team in providing admin support service for all Club Service-related projects and activities


Key Responsibilities:

| - To provide full administrative support to the Club Services staff - Football Facilities Manager, National Club Grow Manager, Club Services Facilities Officers x 2 and Football Social Responsibility Manager

  • To provide administrative support to the Scottish FA Grassroots Pitch & Facilities Fund and the overall Scottish FA when required.
  • To provide full administrative support to the Scottish FA Strategic Plan.
  • To provide administrative support to the National Youth Teams in the planning of events and potentially travel abroad with the youth squads.
  • To assist with Regional and Scottish FA events/activities as required.
  • To act as a point of contact for all Club Servicesrelated enquiries and to liaise with all Departments at Hampden Park on all administration related matters when required
  • Responsible for the updating of Club Servicesrelated social media and liaising with the wider Football Department and Digital Department on all website/digital platform requirements.
  • General administration, typing and data entry including the maintenance of databases that support the core post responsibilities outlined above.
  • Assist in developing a positive culture within the Football Department to achieve the vision of the Scottish FA Power of Football Strategy.
  • Any other reasonable duties on request
