Overview of the Role


To be successful you will have at least 3 years' experience and can demonstrate great communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail and be used to working under pressure.

This is a busy and varied role so you must be open to take on various ad-hoc tasks when they arise.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Diary management, scheduling meetings and Teams calls
  • Maintaining and coordinating calendars
  • Submitting expenses and timesheets
  • Coordinating travel plans, hotels, and car service
  • Assisting in planning offsites and events
  • Meeting and greeting clients and other visitors
  • Liaising and working closely with other EAs

Essential requirements:


  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information at maximum discretion
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organisation
  • Experience working with senior clients
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment; constantly prioritise/ reassess tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be organised and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to be proactive and involved in executive business dealings
  • Other languages (ideally French) advantageous
