Overview of the Role
To be successful you will have at least 3 years' experience and can demonstrate great communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail and be used to working under pressure.
This is a busy and varied role so you must be open to take on various ad-hoc tasks when they arise.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and Teams calls
- Maintaining and coordinating calendars
- Submitting expenses and timesheets
- Coordinating travel plans, hotels, and car service
- Assisting in planning offsites and events
- Meeting and greeting clients and other visitors
- Liaising and working closely with other EAs
Essential requirements:
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information at maximum discretion
- Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Experience working with senior clients
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment; constantly prioritise/ reassess tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be organised and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to be proactive and involved in executive business dealings
- Other languages (ideally French) advantageous
