Description

We are looking for individuals who want to work as part of a busy yet rewarding kitchen team environment as a Kitchen Porter at The Fish Hotel, our award winning luxuriously rustic woodland getaway.

To succeed in this role, you'll be hard working, enjoy working as a team, thrive in a buzzing kitchen and have an interest in working in hospitality.

You'll help assist with the smooth running of the kitchen by carrying out the following:

Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out
Collect and wash up pots and pans.
Vegetable preparation from time to time
Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery
Unload and store deliveries of food and equipment
Keep the storeroom organised
Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised

We offer £11 per hour, plus service charge (around £2,000-£2,500 per year).
