It is one of the biggest cheese suppliers of foodservice and food manufacturing within the UK and exports their product to over 55 countries worldwide.
With both domestic and international business, the company continues to grow and is looking to expand their team.Role Specific
Assist in all aspects of the below and lead where applicable and directed to do so from the Marketing Manager:
Maintain the internal and external collaborations and communications involved in creating successful events, exhibitions and marketing here in the UK and abroad within in various international markets we operate.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values required to be responsible for organising, coordinating and planning.
We will be creating exhibitions, trade days, customer experience days, staff training days stands, to planning and coordinating details before, during and after events will be key responsibilities.
Duties will include working with the Commercial Manger and Marketing Manager to arrange and join meetings with clients to discuss their needs, maintaining partnerships with vendors and overseeing the set-up and execution.
Conceptualising theme ideas, booking venues, marketing material including stands, liaising with suppliers and clients, managing logistics, and presenting post-event feedback.
You will take briefs from the Commercial Manager, Marketing Manager as well as working closely with the operations team which enable them to ensure customer and future customers Cheese experience is second to none.

- Manage an events schedule to maximise yield
- Focus on a consistently raising company awareness by creating exciting events that are aligned with the company energy, character and tone of voice
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers to fully understand their needs
- Arrange and help organise exhibitions and trade days where required
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Participate in promotional activities
- Work closely with graphic design, marketing manager and commercial teams
- Plan and manage all Merchandising products, working with design teams to ensure onbrand material
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels with the social media company (outsourced)
