You will be expected to participate in high-impact strategic and tactical initiatives with senior leadership visibility.

The engagement will focus on the automation and reengineering of manual processes belonging to internal clients in Securities Operations as well the contribution to continuous improvement of internal team processes.

You will be presented with opportunities to form relationships with cross-functional stakeholder across the Securities Operations organization and develop a unique skillset comprised of both operational and technical expertise.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate across multiple LOBs to drive and maintain a book of work
  • Perform reviews of teams and their processes and work with SMEs to develop and deploy reengineering and automation solutions
  • Prepare management reports to drive prioritization of various automation initiatives
  • Develop automation tool skillset and script/promote agile solutions
  • Create meaningful dashboard analytics to track process improvement key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (technical/quantitative field preferred)
  • 2+ years of Professional Experience. (Financial services preferred)
  • Working knowledge of automation and data analysis tools such as Python, Alteryx, and UiPath with practical experience a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly learn new tools and concepts and teach them to internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
