Contract European R2R Process Lead - Bracknell (hybrid) - £300 per day inside IR35


As the R2R Operational Process Lead you will provide the vision, strategy and objectives for the R2R work-stream on a Pan-European basis.

You will ensure process improvements are identified, effectively implemented and supported throughout the business,working with internal business functions and managing the performance of the R2R activities within the outsourced shared service centre.


Key responsibilities:


  • European R2R shared service centre operations
  • Managing SLA and KPI requirements, escalation management, process management


  • R2R Change Management

  • Subject Matter Expert on R2R operational workflows to plan and deliver transition activities to improve efficiencies
  • SOX compliance and Risk Management

Skills and experience:


  • A qualified and confident accountant with experience of a financial control environment including knowledge of Month end process, Intercompany, reconciliations, and Fixed Assets reporting.
  • Experienced operating within a finance shared service environment as process lead
  • Record to Report (R2R) expert with R2R systems and process knowledge
  • SAP, Hyperion and BOFC experience
  • Corporate Head Office experience preferably in Europe
  • Ability and willingness to travel is essential
