• Experience of line management and/or of working in a supervisory capacity (this can include managing volunteers and training, mentoring or supporting junior staff
• Being a part o f the on call rota

• A good level of written and spoken English
• Be prepared to undertake training as required
• Good communication skills
• Supporting staff in delivering targeted work with individuals to plan their support and achieve the goals and outcomes that are important to them
• Contributing to the ongoing development of team working and listening, sharing and responding to feedback from people who use the service.
• Providing support and advice to staff around safeguarding issues and work closely with Service Manger on complex issues.
• Ensuring all clients received a high quality service and that all actions were carried out by day services.
