Support Worker - £10.50 to 12.50 per hour

Paddock Wood, Kent

SCP Complex Care are now recruiting for complex care support workers to work with our male clients in the Paddock Wood area aged 22 years and 39 years old.

One of our clients has Autism and requires support accessing the community, with daily life skills and completing activities.
Our second client is paralysed from the chest down, has limited use of his arms and is wheelchair bound. He requires full support and assistance with personal care. spinal care, assistance with medication and mobility at home and when out in the community.
Experience is essential and further training can be provided regarding specific areas of care.

We are looking for individuals who have compassion and commitment that can support making positive changes to someone's life. You should also have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
