Bexley Medical Group King Harold's Way Clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the Practice team and to facilitate effective communication between patients, members the primary health care team, secondary care and other associated healthcare agencies.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Processing and distributing incoming (and outgoing) mail
- Taking messages and passing on information
- Filing and retrieving paperwork
- Computer data entry/data allocation and collation; processing and recording information in accordance with Practice procedures
- Providing clerical assistance to Practice and Trust staff as required, including word/data processing, filing, photocopying, scanning, QOF entries.
- Recalling patients annually for health checks, holiday/sick cover for administration team and possible cover for reception if needed.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business Admin level 3 Apprenticeship training in the workplace provided by PMA Ltd
You will have on the job training within the organisation and have an assigned Assessor who will provide you with additional training sessions and assessments to gain the Business Administrator Qualification.
Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment." to the training section as you have only requested grade C GCSE as desirable and not essential.
