As the Head of Global Events, you will be the driving force behind the brand's presence at large-scale events, ensuring the highest level of ultra-luxury experience and 100% customer satisfaction.

Your role will encompass conceptualization, planning, and flawless execution, making their brand stand out on the global stage.


Key Responsibilities of the Head of Global Events

  • Lead and inspire crossfunctional teams, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, embodying the brand's ethos.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial understanding by managing budgets and ensuring ROI.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive commercial growth through experiential campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration of brand and product campaigns, with a focus on digital integration.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, actively researching and presenting new concepts to elevate their event standards.
  • Act as a global guardian for the brand, appointing agency support as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the luxury sector, with expertise in positioning, commercials, products, and services.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and inspiring teams within a collaborative work culture.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and ensuring a positive return on investment.
  • Global mindset and experience in executing ultraluxury events on an international scale.
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills with key stakeholders.
  • Keen awareness of industry trends and a passion for creating 'bestinclass' event experiences.
