Description

One of the largest charities in the UK is looking for a new Group Financial Planning Analyst.

This is a progressive role, for someone who is passionate about supporting those with learning disabilities and wants to drive forward their career in an organisation with incredible impact.

Salary:
£52,700

Working Pattern:
Hybrid (1-2 days in office)

Working Hours: 37.5

Responsibilities:

Provide consolidated analysis of organisation's financial position to enable stakeholder decision making
Lead budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process
Analyse and report on the organisation's 3 year rolling forecast and explain assumptions, changes, and impact
Assess and summaries key opportunities and risks based on forecasts
Run scenarios on the forecast and budget positions to show a range of potential impacts
Stress test budget and forecast positions against key KPI's and financial triggers
Drive efficiencies and continual improvement of the budgeting and forecasting process
Aid the growth of knowledge of budgeting processes and principals with budget holders and the wider organisations

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
Experience with stakeholder engagement and strong relationship building skills
Ability to communicate financial information to those with a nonfinance background
Experience with group budgeting and forecasting on a rolling, forward looking basis
Experience with modelling and financial analysis
