Commercial Account handler

Barker Munro recruitment is working with an award winning broker who is looking to add staff into their Commercial insurance team.


As an Account handler, you will undertake administrative and customer service tasks, to help assist the team and offer great customer service experience to our clients.


Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Supporting the commercial team where necessary e.g., answering queries and sharing knowledge
  • Vehicles Adjustments and other MTA's such as Change of Address etc.
  • Adhoc rebroking cases in relation to unique requirements
  • Crossselling / New Business on enterprise cases
  • Maintaining Client and Customer Relations to increase retention
